“Ce n'est pas la faute de l'hôtel. Malheureusement, Swindon n'est ni très jolie ni très sympa à visiter (je fréquente cette ville depuis 35 ans car j'ai de la famille ici). Le centre-ville où se trouve l'hôtel est hélas en chute libre avec beaucoup de magasins fermés depuis 10 ans.”

“Accettano cani solo di piccola taglia, ma non era stato specificato nella prenotazione perciò ci hanno consentito di portare il nostro golden retriver e sono stati molto gentili ed accoglienti. ”

“Our room was very comfortable. We stayed with friends (6 other couples). We all had a great time and were well looked after. The bar staff (I think one was named Oliver, or Olly) who stayed back late to prepare our drinks for new years were great, helpful and in good spirit. We used the facilities (swimming and gym): all very adequate (the pool is not deep, but a good length. Food was fine, but importantly service was good. ”

“The hotel was a lovely building with friendly staff and set in a stunning location.
We found our room was very clean and comfortable and we both had a great nights sleep. There was a great selection of breakfast and the restaurant is a pleasant place to be.”

“From the moment we arrived at The Vale Hotel, we were made to feel completely at home by the wonderful young owners. Their warmth and genuine hospitality set the tone for a perfect stay. Our room was absolutely gorgeous—beautifully designed, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. Every facility was impeccable, clearly cared for with pride and attention to detail.
We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and we will definitely be returning. A truly fantastic stay from start to finish!”
