The Space:

The living area with a sofa, TV with Netflix service and exit to the balcony overlooking the port and the river is a perfect place to rest and relax, additionally, a fully equipped kitchenette allows you to prepare meals. The unique design and comprehensive equipment with the necessary kitchen and bathroom accessories ensure a comfortable and unforgettable stay. Parents traveling with small children will also be equipped with a cot and a baby's high chair. In addition, guests can book a parking space in the local car park.

The Neighborhood:
A carefully designed apartment located at the Piastowski canal, near the ferry. The apartment is situated in the "Nowa Flotylla" complex at Wybrzeże Władysława IV in Świnoujście. The unique location makes the windows of the apartment and the balcony overlook the canal, the waters of Świna, the port and the city panorama. Wybrzeże Władysława IV Street is an attractive location, on the one hand, between the Świnoujście Yacht Port and the city center, and on the other, between the Świna River strait and the Spa Park (about 3 minutes from the apartment). The location of the apartment provides excellent and comfortable travel throughout Świnoujście thanks to the dynamically functioning public transport. The convenient location provides access to various attractions and beautiful places on the Świnoujście map - the Świnoujście Promenada is within a 20-minute walk. The proximity of the city center allows guests to fully enjoy the charms of Świnoujście (the very center of the city, less than 650 meters from the apartment).
