This spacious (53 m²), comfortable, and very well-equipped two-room apartment with a terrace is located on the first floor of a three-story building.
It consists of a living room with a terrace and a kitchenette, a bedroom, a hallway, and a bathroom.
The living room features a seating area with a corner sofa bed (140x200 cm when unfolded), a coffee table, and an LCD TV that receives Polish and German channels.
From the living room, you can step out onto the sunny terrace with patio furniture
The windows of the living room and the terrace face south.
The kitchenette is equipped with dishes and appliances necessary for preparing and enjoying meals.
An electric kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a microwave, and a 4-burner electric stove are available.
The living room also features a dining table with 4 chairs.
The bedroom has a double bed, a large wardrobe, and a dressing table.
The bedroom windows face north.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and an automatic washing machine.
There is a wardrobe in the hallway.
The apartment is equipped with electrically controlled exterior blinds.

Parking is available in public parking spaces on the street for a fee (paid parking zone year-round)

Due to construction work nearby, guests may experience some inconvenience due to noise.



The vacation rental is located in the Rezydencja Sienkiewicza residential complex, in the western part of the spa district. The green, peaceful surroundings, immediate proximity to the forest, and short distance to the promenade and the beach (approx. 300 m) are the advantages of this location. Nearby, there is also a small playground for children, forest hiking trails, the health promenade, the graduation towers, a bike path along the 15-km-long cross-border promenade, and Swinemünde with the imperial spas on the German side of the island of Usedom (Ahlbeck, Heringsdorf, Bansin). An excellent location for guests seeking peace and quiet and proximity to nature.
