The lady that made the breakfast was amazing. She was so sweet as well. We are from Pennsylvania and this is going to be our go to hotel every year going forward when we are heading to Chicago for our Cubs baseball games. This place was so clean so comfortable. “This is the best hotel I have ever been in. It still looks new and has everything I need. Not to mention, the staff was extremely friendly and catered to all My needs. I booked the hotel to attend the polar express train ride but I would come back just to stay at this hotel. Absolutely wonderful. 10/10 man.”

“The staff pleasant and helpful. The room on 2nd floor was nice. Good microwave and fridge. My wife and I liked the king size bed. I had the breakfast one morning and liked it. The floor in the hall on the 2nd floor was pretty dirty and had areas it was unlevel.”
