“This was an absolutely amazing experience, a balcony with a view of Lake Lucerne. The staff was very accommodating and Marcel went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, even helping to correct a train/rail station error I was about to make prior to arrival. "albergo centrale. bellissimi e moderni gli spazi comuni compreso i servizi e la sala colazione. Le camere (senza moquette per fortuna) hanno bisogno di essere rifatte soprattutto i bagni, ormai non più adeguati ai tempi e alla struttura"
