“We stayed for 3 nights and our room was never serviced, never saw house keeping. No clean/fresh towels!!! Terrible service, I went to front desk to ask about house keeping service and the answer was “we don’t clean rooms everyday. It’s done every other day… in our experience it was never done!😣😖”

“I booked this trip through Expedia and paid for it beforehand. The hotel ended up triple charging me the deposit (which I ended up getting back.) But they also charged me for the stay as well. Ive emailed and submitted screenshots of the double payments, bank statements, etc, and still have not gotten my refund. This was in April, and its now end of June. Will never stay here again. Be weary booking this place through Expedia. First time Ive ever had this issue, so Im thankful. But still...

“We have traveled a lot in this property in Dayton leaves a lot to be desired. The floor had paint drops on it. The door to the bathroom would not close without slamming it. The toilet paper dispenser was on the floor in the back of the toilet area. There was no Kleenex in the Kleenex box besides one piece. Also, whoever cleaned the room did a very poor job because we found next to the bed a THC vape on the floor. It’s a good thing children were not put in this room.The breakfast tasted awful and...

“I highly recommend this place. The rooms are incredible. Full fridge/freezer. Sink, kitchen area. Great bathrooms. Comfortable bed. The breakfast was incredible. ”

“Love the area. Hotel is nice and clean. Second time staying there and had the same issue as the first time. Exhaust fan didn't work in the bathroom. Shower head leaked and the spout was really loose. Room was not ready at check in & was told they'd call, but they did not. Expected better from Hilton.”
