Four comfortable and well-lit bedrooms with a total of four queen-size beds can be found on upstairs. All are furnished to provide resort-like comfort and convenience needed to relax and rest so you can remain energized and do everything you have planned the next day.
All 4 bedrooms offer a similar set of amenities.

The chalet offers two spacious, full bathrooms and an additional half bath accessible from the main living area for added convenience. All are stocked with essential toiletries, so you don`t have to worry about bringing your own.

Entire house
The nearest train station is Leppington Train Station, located approximately an 8-minute drive away. This station provides convenient access to Sydney CBD and other areas.
Additionally, Edmondson Park Train Station is another option, about a 15-minute drive from the property, offering further connectivity.
There is no antenna installed because my neighbour said that the signal in our area is extremely weak and unstable. The TV is a smart tv and it connects to the wifi, so you can watch stream TV program via downloading the app.
= Rubbish Collection Day =
You will have to take the bins out to the kerbside on Tuesday for collection. If in doubt, contact us or copy the neighbours. After it is collected, you can wheel it back in.
= Food Safety =
For food safety, we are not providing salt, pepper, sugar, tea or coffee. They can be easily bought from the Woolworths and Aldi nearby, or you may bring your own.
★Air-conditioning should be used responsibly.★
Excessive or abnormal usage (e.g. running AC with doors/windows open for long periods) may result in additional electricity charges.
House Rules
First, please read the check-in guidebook which I will send to you via inbox message before check-in. Our property runs on a self-check-in system, so you will have to follow the instructions in the guidebook to check in on your own.
We wish for you and any future guests to enjoy a functional, clean property during your stay. When you confirm the reservation, you and all group members agree to and will follow our rules as below:
#NSW Code of Conduct
All guests must abide by the “Code of Conduct for the Short-term Rental Accommodation Industry” found on the NSW Fair Trading website. I will also send you a copy when you book a stay with us.
#Parties
Parties and events are strictly PROHIBITED. If this rule is not adhered to, you will automatically lose your bond. Apart from that, any extra service fees including extra cleaning fees and damage fees may apply.
#Drug or Criminal Behaviours
NO ILLICIT DRUGS or CRIMINAL BEHAVIOR is allowed in the property.
Once found, we will call the police and you will be held responsible for any legal and financial issues related to the property resulting from your behaviours.
#Noise
Please be conscious of your neighbours and keep noise at a tolerable level without being disruptive. NSW noise restrictions also apply, so please minimise noise after 9PM.
#Smokings
NO SMOKING INDOORS within the property at any time. If any cigarette butts or smells are found indoors, you will be charged an additional$200 cleaning fee.
You are allowed to smoke outdoors. However, if you smoke on the patio or in the backyard, you MUST clean the cigarette butts or other rubbish after you finish smoking.
#Pets
I love dog and have my own Labrador, but generally pet is not allowed to stay in our holiday house except for service dog, as it might impact the next guest who gets allergic to an animal. Please let me know in advance if you have to bring your pet in advance.
# Moving Furniture and Items
If you move anything from one location to another, please inform the host before moving it and return it back to its original location before you check out.
We also ask you to move the item(s) carefully without causing any damage to the item(s) itself or the property, otherwise you may be held liable for any damages to the item(s) or property.
