“Really good location in centre of city and close to major sites and stations. Ideal location. Hotel itself is clean, staff are lovely and breakfast well stocked. When I went they were upgrading lift and jacuzzi which meant there were delays but overall - a really good stay. ”

“wi-fi dentro la mia stanza non funzionava quasi per niente e dovevo uscire in corridoio per controllare email e per telefonare a casa. Ho chiesto alla reception se potevano risolvere il problema ma non si sono minimamente impegnati! mi hanno detto "riprovi più tardi perchè probabilmente l'hotel è pieno e c'è tanta gente connessa". In realtà il problema era dentro la mia camera perchè in corridoio funzionava anche se l'hotel era pieno!”

“Tutto bene, angolo cucina in camera con vista sulla città Migliorabile la colazione che è stata lasciata in frigo il giorno prima e quindi è stata consumata in camera! Un hotel a 4 stelle questo è da migliorare”
