Location: The apartment is located on the 5th floor of an apartment building in a central location in Westerland. It’s not far from the beach and the pedestrian zones. From the balcony, you can catch a glimpse of the sea.
Size: 2-room apartment, approx. 50 m². Sleeps up to four people.
Amenities: The living room is furnished with, among other things, a couch that can serve as a sofa bed, an armchair, and a dining area in front of the window. The large west-facing balcony is accessible from both the living room and the bedroom. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed and a large built-in closet (with a TV). The separate kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils, including high-quality tableware from Villeroy & Boch. A telephone with a flat rate for calls to German landlines is provided, as well as a Tivoli radio and CD player.
The bathroom has a shower and a large, freestanding sink.
A parking space on the property can be booked separately. Non-smoking apartment. Please note the regulations regarding the separate visitor’s tax charged by the respective municipality on Sylt. This tax is billed separately and is due no later than upon arrival.
