This exclusive two-room duplex apartment in the “Kliff” building spans two levels over approximately 66 m² and accommodates up to three people. Rich natural tones, inspired by dune grass and summer heather, meet an extravagant color palette with surprising accents. The boho interior style invigorates the senses, creates a sense of creative lightness, and lends every moment a unique touch. Here, you can feel the contradictory beauty of Sylt’s dune landscape—wild, gentle, and unique.

LIVING WITH A VIEW
The open living area welcomes you with a high-quality sofa bed, which can be transformed into an extra sleeping space in the blink of an eye. Large windows open up the space and lead directly to the east-facing loggia. Start your day here with a cup of coffee in the morning sun, breathe in the fresh North Sea air, and let your gaze wander over Westerland. The open, fully equipped kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances and a Bora range hood invites you to cook together, enjoy a meal, and wind down the evening in a relaxed atmosphere at the dining table.

SLEEP AND DREAM
In the separate bedroom, a handmade COCO-MAT bed (180x200 cm) awaits you, promising a restful night’s sleep. High-quality materials, a wardrobe, and an additional TV provide both comfort and a private retreat—a place where you can snuggle up, unwind, and recharge.

PRIVATE WELLNESS
The entire upper floor features a spacious, open-concept spa-style bathroom. A floor-level rain shower gives you the sensation of a warm summer rain, while the freestanding bathtub offers an unobstructed view of the Sylt sky. Electrically operated skylights let daylight stream in and create a special atmosphere. The private KLAFS sauna invites you to take a deep breath, find peace, and completely unwind. A separate restroom with a sink, towel warmer, and hair dryer rounds out the comfort. “Arrive and recharge” is truly brought to life here.

RELAXATION & WELL-BEING
As a guest, you’ll enjoy free access (upon registration and subject to availability) to the wellness area with a swimming pool, two saunas, and a fitness room at the I Love Sylt Hotel at Elisabethstraße 15—just a few minutes’ walk away. The Dünenlofts are located right on Westerland Beach—it doesn’t get any more central than this. Step outside, feel the fine sand beneath your feet, and listen to the rhythm of the waves.
