The bright living room is furnished with a cozy sofa, an armchair, and a TV. A round dining table seats up to 4 people, ideal for shared meals. Direct access to the furnished west-facing balcony invites you to enjoy the sun and the fresh sea air.

**OPEN KITCHEN WITH ALL THE COMFORTS**
The modern open kitchen is fully equipped and offers all the amenities, including a glass-ceramic cooktop, an oven, a filter coffee maker, and a Nespresso machine. Here you can comfortably prepare and enjoy your meals.

**BEDROOMS AND BATHROOM**
The apartment has two bedrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (2x 90x200 cm), a TV, and a dresser. The second bedroom has two single beds (each 90x200 cm) and a closet—ideal for families or friends.
The bathroom features a bathtub with a shower screen, a toilet, a towel warmer, a hair dryer, and natural light. A washing machine and dryer are also available.

**PRACTICAL EXTRAS**
In the entryway, you’ll find a hallway with a coat rack and an additional guest restroom. In the attic, there is another hallway with a storage closet that also contains a crib and a high chair. Wi-Fi (subject to availability) and a parking space provide additional comfort. Pets are not allowed.
