This exclusive end-unit in the “HUK HÜS” complex spans three floors and, with approximately 75 m², offers space for up to 4 people. With its modern furnishings, private garden, and two sunny terraces facing south and west, this home is the ideal retreat for a relaxing vacation on Sylt. Thanks to its central location, you can easily reach the beach and shopping areas in Westerland on foot.

**LIVING AND ENJOYING**
The open-concept living and dining area, featuring real wood floors and underfloor heating, creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. A comfortable sofa, a TV, and Bose Bluetooth speakers provide the perfect entertainment for cozy evenings. Floor-to-ceiling windows open onto the two terraces with a garden, where high-quality furniture and a spot in the sun await you—ideal for peaceful moments outdoors.

**COOKING IN A STYLISH SETTING**
The open-concept kitchen is modernly equipped and offers everything you need for your vacation meals. Among other things, you’ll find a dishwasher, a drip coffee maker, and all the necessary appliances for comfortable cooking and dining. We’ve also got the youngest guests covered: an “Antilop” high chair with a tray is provided.

**RELAXATION AND REST**
The two cozy bedrooms offer a restful night’s sleep. The master bedroom is equipped with a box-spring bed (180x200 cm) and a TV. The second bedroom features two single beds (120x200 cm and 90x200 cm) and also a TV, making it ideal for children and teenagers. The modern bathroom on the upper floor features a walk-in shower, toilet, hair dryer, and towel warmer, and an additional guest restroom on the first floor rounds out the amenities.

**PRIVATE GARDEN AND TERRACES**
The two terraces, facing south and west, are furnished with patio furniture and invite you to relax. Enjoy the private garden area and the peaceful surroundings—ideal for breakfast outdoors or cozy evenings in a beach chair.

**PERFECT LOCATION IN WESTERLAND**
The vacation home is ideally located for exploring the island of Sylt. The beach and the center of Westerland, with its restaurants, cafés, and shops, are just a few minutes’ walk away. A bakery is located about 400 m away. Public transportation is also easily accessible.

**PRACTICAL EXTRAS**
A parking space is included with the rental, and Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is provided so you can stay connected throughout your stay. One pet is allowed. A bicycle parking space is also available, so you can explore the island with ease. Bicycles are also available for your explorations: one men’s bike, one women’s bike (both with 7 gears), one 20-inch children’s bike with 3 gears, and a “Froggy” children’s bike trailer.
