Direct access leads to the spacious east-facing balcony, which offers a relaxing view of the city park and City Hall—ideal for morning coffee in the sun.

The open-concept, built-in kitchen is modern and fully equipped, perfect for preparing light meals. For entertainment, there’s a 43-inch Samsung LED TV (Ultra HD, HDR10+, Smart TV) is available for entertainment, providing access to Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV+, and other streaming services via your own account.
