Sommerwind Penthouse with Pool and Sauna - Modern Vacation Apartment in

Hi there, this “Sommerwind” is perfect for island lovers looking for something out of the ordinary: a 4-room vacation penthouse for up to five people, packed with an incredible number of wonderful details. First of all, there’s the location: right in the heart of Westerland yet slightly removed from the hustle and bustle, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, clubs, and supermarkets, as well as the weekly market—and if you want to head to the beach, just walk “down” Friedrichstraße toward the west. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a genuine tiled fireplace, and a west-facing rooftop terrace with a magnificent view over the rooftops of the small island’s capital lend plenty of charm to this penthouse, which spans two levels. But the highlight is the truly unique interior design of this property: Antiques and modern pieces, plenty of warm wood and brilliant white accents combined with glass, blend with sophisticated built-in features and lovingly selected art to create an attractive and highly individual mix. Need we even mention that this penthouse is perfectly equipped and even comes with an outdoor parking space?
