The beach is only a few hundred metres away and the flat consists of a large living room, bedroom, a kitchen area with a new fitted kitchen, a hallway and a new shower room. The flat was completely renovated in 2018, the furniture is well maintained.Description:The kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker, a fridge with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle and a coffee machine. The living room and bedroom are comfortably furnished with a double wardrobe bed, a single wardrobe bed, another wardrobe, a flat screen TV, a radio, a 2-seater couch with a coffee table and a dining table with 2 chairs and a stool. There is another wardrobe in the hallway. The bathroom has a shower, WC, washbasin and heated towel rail. The balcony is furnished with a table and two chairs. Smoking is not permitted in the flat and pets are not allowed.Outdoor area:The flat house has a swimming pool with sauna. The term "wellness flat" refers to these two facilities. No other "wellness" facilities are offered. The swimming pool and sauna are closed every year from 20/11 to 30/11 for maintenance. Washing machine and tumble dryer are located in the house. There is a designated car park at the house for loading and unloading. The cellar has a storage facility for bicycles.Note for wheelchair users: The flat can be reached by wheelchair via the rear entrance without steps.
