With 160 m² of living space, it accommodates up to 6 guests and is ideal for families, couples, or groups who value comfort, privacy, and high-quality amenities. The house spans four floors—lower level, first floor, upper floor, and attic—and was intentionally designed as a smoke-free property. Pets are welcome (maximum of 1).

The house impresses with a successful combination of modern design and high-quality amenities. Elegant natural stone floors and custom-built woodwork lend each room character, while oak floorboards and underfloor heating ensure a cozy living experience. At the center is an inviting dining area; the modern kitchen can be completely separated from the living and dining areas by two practical sliding doors. It is fully equipped and features, among other things, Miele appliances, an induction cooktop, and a Nespresso machine, as well as a “chat door” that leads directly to the garden—perfect for shared meals outdoors.

Upstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms—one with a box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm) and the other with two single beds (80 x 200 cm each), a TV, and a built-in closet—as well as a stylish bathroom with a rain shower. In addition, the attic offers extra space for relaxing or playing—ideal for children or as a retreat for moments of peace and quiet.

The lower level features another bedroom with a box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm), a TV, and a built-in closet, as well as an additional bathroom with a bathtub and rain shower. A wellness area with a sauna and two comfortable loungers ensures relaxing moments.

The outdoor area features two terraces with patio furniture and a beach chair, a private garden, and two parking spaces. The sandy beach and the Wadden Sea are only about 2 km away; restaurants are about 400 m away, and shopping options are located about 3 km away.
