A high-quality and very tastefully designed three-room apartment on the ground and upper floors. Approx. 85 square meters of living space await up to 4 design enthusiasts in a secluded location between Westerland and Wenningstedt.

Ground Floor:
Upon entering your living area, your eyes will surely need a moment to take it all in—there’s simply so much beauty to discover: The centerpiece is, quite literally, the custom-made designer staircase, a sculptural piece in its own right. Thanks to the open floor plan and the use of numerous windows, the entire space is flooded with light and very bright. The sun shines in here all day long.

The furnishings are of the highest quality, and many lovingly selected design accessories create a magical, cozy atmosphere.[nbsp][nbsp]While you cozy up with a book on a rainy day, your children can pass the time playing on the PlayStation 4.

Here, both you and your neighbors in the upper floor (making this home ideal for a vacation with a family of friends or another couple) have access to a truly spacious sauna and shower area, as well as a small laundry room.

When the Sylt sun is shining, it’s time to head outside! Your large, wraparound southwest-facing terrace is perfect for this. High-quality garden furniture, including a beach chair—available from approximately April through October—goes without saying.
