We understand that accidents can happen during your stay, and we want to ensure that both you and the property are protected.

For your peace of mind, we offer two options:

1) Non-refundable Damage Waiver: For a small fee ($35), this waiver covers accidental damages (up to $250) during your stay.

2) Refundable Safety Deposit: A credit card hold ($250) that will be refunded upon a successful property inspection after your stay.

These options will be presented to you through our Boarding Pass after booking.
