“Very easy to get to even with massive construction in the area. This property will only get better with the construction of nearby buildings.”

“The staff were great and courteous. The property was really nice, I especially loved the robes in the room and the gym was amazing. I wish I had more time to enjoy the different areas. I only ate from the hotel restaurant once for lunch -salmon but it was really good though of course felt a little overpriced for the portion size. It was still filling though. ”

“Booked one night for our anniversary. Our first room backed up to the fitness center and we could hear people dropping weights, etc. we called the front desk and they moved us to a quieter room. Should note the atrium rooms face the interior of the building NOT a garden area as you might assume. ”

“I was given an "upgrade" from a two-queen room to a king suite with a king bed and a fold-out bed. I was told blankets and pillows would be delivered so the fold-out would be usable, which, by the way, would require moving furniture to do so. I followed up on blankets/pillows three times, and finally, at midnight, I gave up. The "upgrade" was a lie, and I ended up paying over $400 for a space that was, for all intents and purposes, unusable. Add to that the fact that the entire lobby looked like...

“Staff was great and breakfast was a nice variety and very good. I was just surprised by the $25/day parking charge. With us checking in about 7:45 Friday night and checking out around 8:10am Monday morning, we were charged a full $25/day, so $100 total unexpected charge that I hadn’t seen mentioned on their website. That was disappointing.”
