The staff were very friendly and polite. The room was clean and comfortable. The shower on the other hand needs a shower bar for safety. To avoid any slips and falls. Overall the hotel is very nice and would recommend to others

Directly on the road, very noisy
There are many choices in Sapa, better choose others. It located directly on the road, one side with the valley view, other is directly view to other hotel. However noisy both side. It not exactly same like in the pictures, remember, other side is look directly to other hotel's room.

Spotleess and beautiful. I will come back to this place. You can see the rice fields from the rooms and the staff is great. The decorations and the atmosphere of this place are a delight. Great food, beakfast was included and was amazing. We had dinner and was the best food in Vietnam. Highly recommend ...
