“The free roaming llamas, alpacas and kittens, and meeting the ponies and birds was wonderful.

“We have stayed here several times before and always had a great experience. Upon arrival, they tried to say the room wasn’t available. They tried to charge us more than we paid for a room with less amenities. It wasn’t until we showed the room was booked and paid for did they say it was available. The property is a great location close to the airport for anyone who wants to relax for the day. Although we stayed In a “premium” suite the space wasn’t as clean as the one we often stay. “They were not ready for our arrival. The hotel was locked behind bars when we came.
They let us wait for additional 30 min to explain that we prepaid for the room. They still wanted us to pay.
No water for drinking.
The bathroom was clogged.”
