The space
DuPont is a beautiful, quiet, tree lined community and recipient of the All American City Award. It has over five miles of walking paths and parks. Your suite is a short walking distance to town with multiple restaurants, a small convenience store, library, and post office. Only a half mile to I-5 and a short distance to JBLM gates. The community of DuPont is conveniently located between Olympia and Tacoma, Washington, and 45 minutes to downtown Seattle. A beautiful US Open golf course is just a few blocks away (see photo).
Guest access
Guest arrival is from 2 pm on, as you will have coded access upon arrival.

To access your suite, you have the option from either the front of the house by walking down a beautiful lighted stone paved pathway, or by parking in the back next to your private suite. The back parking area is your own "Private Reserved Parking" area.

No keys to lose or to return! This property provides secure, keyless entry by
using the last four numbers
of your cell phone. You can lock and unlock the door with those four numbers.The code is active for the duration of your stay. It works on your private entrance only.

Suite has remote controlled window cooling system and fireplace.

Why a $15 Cleaning Fee? Our cleaning procedure is extensive. It is the HIGHEST in the industry. It is much more involved than the usual sweeping and changing of bedding and fresh towels. At the departure of each guest we do the following to your suite:
We sanitize the sink, countertop, toilet bowl and seat, bathroom and walk-in shower floors. The bedroom and walk-in closet floors also receive careful sanitation. Refrigerator and microwave are examined, cleaned, and re-stocked with bottled water. The snack basket is refurbished. Keurig coffee unit is cleaned and restocked. All dinnerware is re-stocked. All furnishings are dusted. All floors and under bed are vacuumed by robotic vacuums that remove 99% of all allergens. All linens are replaced, to include pillow liners. Room freshener is applied. This assures each guest that arrives has a spotless, clean, and sanitary environment in which to relax and be treated as SPECIAL as they are! It really is a step above the rest!
