DO NOT STAY HERE - HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT
Do not stay here. Worst experience ever with VRBO. We flew across the country and checked in and the one bathroom was completely locked, kitchen lights did not work, place was freezing and heat barely worked, duvet cover had a stain, etc. We reached out to the host about the bathroom being locked and was told that their pre-check in showed the bathroom door was open??? Which meant absolutely nothing to us since it as we found it was locked when we immediately needed to use it when we got to this apartment. We had to go stay at a hotel to go get ready for a concert we flew here for, the host told us & a VRBO support person that we would have to pay for the locksmith and were not getting a refund since the maintenance guy said he left the bathroom unlocked.They told us they were unsure when the locksmith would get there that night/next morning so we booked a hotel for the weekend since this was absolutely unfair and quite impossible to stay in a place without a bathroom. The host was super rude and unable to help us in anyway. Horrible experience and an absolute waste of time and money. This place if anything, should be 70 a night even with the bathroom unlocked. Save your money and do not stay here !!!! Will never stay with simple stays again, this was ridiculous and we cannot believe something like this even happened.
