Vieni a vivere un soggiorno di lusso in una splendida casa sul lago con spiaggia e molo privati. Il lago
è fresco, limpido e pulito con un sacco di pesci per l'attività di pesca sul molo privato. Nuoto
è anche una delle attività preferite durante il soggiorno a casa. Una barca a remi per 3 persone è fornita gratuitamente per il vostro divertimento. La casa si trova a pochi passi da un bellissimo parco verde e ben curato con area piscina e ampio parco giochi per bambini.
Troverai due camere da letto, un bagno privato con una spaziosa cucina, completa di sala da pranzo e soggiorno, entrambe con vista sul lago. UN
lavanderia privata con lavatrice e asciugatrice di grandi dimensioni. Il soggiorno è
arredato con 2 divani configurabili. Esci dal tuo salotto su un grande ponte per goderti la fresca brezza e la vista sul lago. Grill a gas esterno è previsto per barbecue e raccogliere la cottura. C'è una buca per il fuoco sulla spiaggia privata
per una serata falò con amici, familiari o colleghi di lavoro.
Per i viaggiatori di piacere, siamo nel cuore della città con infinite attività / attrazioni in o
città vicine; io. e. golf, sci, pattinaggio su ghiaccio, attività acquatiche, attività in montagna, città
attività, parchi a tema, ecc ... Oppure potresti semplicemente sederti sul ponte o sul molo, leggere libri e
goditi la splendida vista verde e la fresca brezza che il lago offre.
Per i viaggiatori d'affari, siamo anche molto vicini alle grandi aziende come Weyerhaeuser, Boeing,
Alaska Air, ecc. Vieni a stare come una casa calda e accogliente lontano da casa mentre frequenti le imprese.
Siamo a soli quindici minuti a sud dell'aeroporto Sea-Tac e 20 minuti dal centro di Seattle o
centro di Tacoma. Vicino a numerose attrazioni o abbastanza appartato per rilassarsi e godersi il panorama
e attività sul meraviglioso lago per alcuni giorni, in particolare il magnifico tramonto. Di Più

Kathy's home was a welcome retreat for us. Evenings on the deck watching the sunset on Steele Lake and being able to the paddle boat out on the lake was very enjoyable. The house was very, very convenient to all of the places we needed to be, and will definitely be back and recommend to our friends and family. Fruit trees and flowers all around the property enhanced the stay.

Great little lake house. Quiet location we had fun with the paddle boat, kayaks, fire pit for s’more with a huge park, swimming area close by and friendly coots, ducks and geese came by to visit. The property had many fruit trees which provided sweet snacks. Owner was excellent with communication and very accommodating.

We stayed here for a baseball tournament in the area. The listing is accurate and for the price and being on a lake it is perfect. Communication was great and the house had all we needed for the week we were there. You are close to anything you’d need with a bit of tranquility from the lake.

5 Stars – Great Stay for Work or Play!I stayed here with two of my employees while we were in town for training, and it worked out perfectly! The setup was ideal for three adult women—two bedrooms and a bathroom, plus two futons in the living room gave each of us our own space. It was super clean, cozy, and felt really private, even though the area was active with nearby parkgoers.The location is fantastic—just minutes from grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants. There’s even a park across the lake, which makes it feel peaceful and scenic without being too far out.Even though we were there for work, I kept thinking how perfect this spot would be for a family getaway too. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Federal Way!

Awesome Stay In a Very Good Property

Our overall stay at Kathy’s property went well and had an amazingly time. From evening banter at the Patio while barbecuing to afternoons paddle boating at Steele lake, it was awesome. Nights were fabulously quiet. Kathy was ann awesome host and felt with our every need. Everything in the house was well kept. Will surely book again in the future when we get a chance to be back!

Home on lake

Multiple rules with signs all over the house on what not to do. House was very cold when we arrived, took several hours to get it to a comfortable temp without wearing a jacket. However the owner allowed us in early as our flight in early so maybe she was going to turn on the temp. The furniture was covered with sofa covers that did not fit well and slid all over. The first few dishes we used were very greasy and made us feel gross, we ended up washing ever dish we used before using it. The outside will be beautiful when the weather is nice.

Family vacation

Our overall stay was great. The property was clean (except for the windows) and had everything we needed and is in a great location. The pictures are a bit deceiving, the outside of the property looks nothing like the pictures and could use quite a bit of updating. Kathy was very kind and responsive to all messages.

A lovely respite in the midst of where you want to be…

Spain, California and Arizona is where we 3 arrived from to visit our old stomping grounds. What a delightful stay we enjoyed on Steele Lake. This little hideaway is centrally located to all the beautiful people, places and things we had in mind. Wonderful Host as well. ⭐️ Beautiful views and grounds too🤩

Love Living the Lake Life

The view was wonderful. Breakfast on the deck/time on the dock/use of paddleboat and kayak were great! The house was fully stocked w everything we needed. There is one portable AC unit which kept most of it cool, but was a bit hot in the bedrooms at night. Very helpful ghosts. cool

Very clean property and very nice host

We were so pleased how CLEAN the place was. The fragrance was a little too strong but we appreciated the cleanliness. The porch and dock could use some maintenance or replaced eventually but everything else was perfect

Peace and Quiet during busy weekend

We picked this property because of the peaceful pictures. We had a stressful weekend ahead and were looking for a little retreat. The views didn't disappoint and the owner was a delight to work with. The property had a few issues but overall worked well for our needs.

A cozy and clean waterfront home

The home was comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The location is beautiful and feels private while still being near shopping and entertainment. We were here for a swim meet at the Weyerhaeuser Aquatic Center and the house was a nice short drive away.

Exceptional

When you look for a place to unwind, clear your head and rejuvenate this is the exact place you need to be. The home can be used for both families and individual travellers with is perfect flexibility. Kathy was super friendly and always communicating to ensure I was comfortable during the entire stay. She is such a warm soul and a joy to be around. The place is clean and offers a lot of privacy for those seeking a getaway. There were also some outdoor activity options that one can indulge in. I have definitely found a gem that I can call home for many more visits to come. I would highly recommend it without doubt.
