Friendly Notes: To keep your stay comfortable, please know this home stays cool through a central fan system plus individual fans in the bedrooms and living room (the wall panel is a temperature display, not an AC thermostat, as described in the amenities section of our listing). Drawing the curtains on the sunny side during the day and opening windows in the cooler evening keeps things lovely and comfortable, and we're always happy to share tips! Also, the upstairs laundry area is reserved for our housekeeping team, so guests are welcome to use the convenient downstairs laundry anytime during their stay.
