Standalone 2-story building with a separate entry. Go for swim with over 120 feet of prime low bank water frontage. Fish from a privacy of backyard or gather around a Bonfire by the water with friends or chill in a Gazebo with TV and beer! Or just relax by the river on a swing bench or hammock! Minutes to Auburn downtown and 20 minutes to SeaTac Airport.

Salmon Migration has started in this river! Huge number of Salmons can be seen from the bank. They are jumping! Salmon Season officially starts on September 16, 2024!

Waterfront home with large private recreational backyard. All species of wild Salmon migrate up the river starting in September and lasting through the end of December. Watch salmons swim upriver in huge numbers! Fishermen's paradise - private and exclusive fishing spot like no other! Fish cleaning station with running water provided by the bank!

Up to 7 guests can be accommodated on this property at one time when combined with standalone unit which is also available through Vrbo. Inquire with host!

Fish caught from the river can be filleted on provided cleaning station with running water, cleaned and grilled and enjoyed while watching your favorite station on TV! Unique recreational spot! Make sure to get your Washington FIshing License!

All manners of birds frequent this area - truly a bird watcher's paradise! Secluded and private yet close to everything.

Spacious shared patio with lighted gazebo and grills/smokers/firepits. Private riverfront area with picnic table, chairs and bonfire pit.

Home situated on a dead-end street. Nearby Trail on property owned by Washington State Park. Miles of walking trail along the river.

Having never stayed in a motor home, I was not sure what to expect, but was very pleasantly surprised. The space is very clean and the host was responsive, but also gives 100% privacy. The motor home is easily accessed from the road, but shielded from the owner's home, so you dont feel like youre being watched. I had all the amenitoes I needed and felt very cofortable here. For elders - the steps are sturdy, but steep, so be careful.

Very beautiful property and the river is great! RV was very comfortable and cozy. Michael was an AMAZING host! Hope to visit again next year!

The motor home was in great condition, clean, comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay. The setting is beautiful, quiet and private. My few short encounters with Michael were friendly and easy. My only comments would be: The entry area could stand to be smoothed out some. It was a little tricky in the dark! Also, if there is any way that the extra chair could be moved out of the unit, it would be an improvement. It was kind of in the way and blocked the sofa. Otherwise, I would definitely stay here again. Thanks Michael!
