The lodge is finished to a high standard, has beautiful views, lovely walks around the area and has absolutely everything and more that you could need. The hot tub was a real highlight to our stay. “We’ve had a lovely week at Leedale cottage. We have two young children so the location was perfect for us. A 30-40 minute drive to lots of child friendly places. Food shops are a short drive away but you can stop off and get what you need on your travels if you plan ahead. The cottage was perfect for what we needed and Joanne was really helpful and welcoming. It’s well equipped and comfortable.”

“Elm tree cottage was the best stay I’ve had in Yorkshire , I visit often and by far the best place I’ve stayed the hosts were lovely and kind and was great to chat too! The location was perfect in a cute little village on a farm close to Thirsk and an easy drive to York. Providing the essentials for cooking and a cozy little cottage too! Would definitely recommend and look forward to returning in the future! ”

“We had a lovely 3 night stay in the Bluebell shepherds hut. The accommodation was well equipped, and beautifully decorated. We couldn't have asked for a comfier bed! The hot was an added treat and just as lovely in the drizzle!Only thing that could be improved is better Wi-Fi connection, it is there, just intermittent. Sue was a delight to be welcomed by and had we needed anything, I have no doubt we would have received it quickly.”

“This was our second visit to this lovely cottage. It is very quaint and cosy. The setting is very peaceful - lots of birds singing and rabbits in the field. There is a busy road next to the cottage but that didn’t detract from the feeling of tranquility. The hot tub is fabulous. It’s a great base to explore the local area. It’s so easy to get a bus into Pocklington which is a lovely market town with good shops, pubs and restaurants. We had a great holiday and will definitely come back in...

“Had a wonderful 5 days here. Plenty of space. Fully kitted kitchen to cook meals in. 3 double bedrooms. The dog loved the nature and sat on the decking for hours. Owners on hand if you need them but did not see them otherwise. Highly recommended!”

“Absolutely beautiful little cottage! Perfect for what we wanted and fully enclosed garden for our little dog! Nice and roomy for the two of us who fancied a few days seeing the sights of York. Shower nice and powerful and location lovely and quiet but not too far from local shops and restaurants. Very clean and tidy upon arrival! Would highly recommend and would stay again! Thank you!”
