“We were kind of put off by the morning staff person. We came in for breakfast, and the person didn't acknowledge us at all. We waited by the entryway, and heard her acknowledge those that came in right behind us. Very disappointing. Kitchen staff on both days was extremely awesome. He acknowledged us, came and cleaned the table as we set. He made our experience 100 percent better. Awesome gentleman.”

“The bathroom was missing a shelf/holder in the shower. I had placed the shampoo on the ground and held the soap while taking a shower and the doors didn't completely shut causing water to get all over the floor. I was on floor 2 and there were people above my room stomping during the night waking me up. It happened three times. When I checked out I told the desk clerk about the issues and she just shrugged. Didn't even say, "sorry".”
