“We had several issues with our stay. Infostated that we'd get check-in instructions within 24hrs of our stay. When we were about to leave home that morning, I still hadn't received anything so I wanted to call and make sure everything was set. “I felt like the pots and pans were in very poor condition, with peeling teflon, there were no forks. Was hoping for a toaster. The property was not as equipped as most air bnb’s. The bathroom needs a deep clean, with a broken toilet seat. Some of the beds squeaked terribly.
It was nice to have a washer and dryer. Very good water pressure in bathroom and good hot water. ”

“Everything was perfect except the initial check in. I travel a LOT for work and had saved rewards to pay for hotels while traveling to vacation destination. Upon checking the gentleman told me to slide my card to pay and when I told him it was already paid for he wasn’t having it nor did he want to look into it when I was trying to explain. Thankfully the young lady sitting there took over and showed him how to process. ”
