“My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Chateau Bleu Resort in Calamba, Laguna. The staff were attentive, the rooms were spotless, and the pool and hot springs were fantastic. We’re already planning a return trip for my husband’s birthday in June with friends. However, we did encounter some issues upon check-in; we had to wait an hour due to a faucet repair, and the water initially ran brown in our room. “The staff was amazing and very helpful. We had an issue with noise coming from the highway our first night. We were able to upgrade to a two bedroom room in the crystal tower which was much nicer. We also found that the food at the main restaurant was not to our liking.”

“Our reservation is free breakfast. But the property said breakfast is not included. I could have booked to another facility that have free breakfast because it will be convenient for us for us to start the day sight-seeing.”

“Good access to the beach. There is security guarding the entrance to the beach. There are a lot of people with children, so adults can't use the pool and jacuzzi to relax. The restaurant is average. I was asked to pay extra for ice. Amenities are poor. Only a small pack of shampoo and a small bar of soap. The staff was kind and the stay was relaxing.”

“It has potential but some of the areas were not available not because it’s unfinished but they make it open only for private function. (Ei:Mini Japan) The employees are kind and friendly but the staff at their Amare Restaurant wasn’t so helpful and friendly m. The rooms are nice but some areas are unclean most especially the swimming pool which is so important that they should keep clean. There are too much mosquitoes as well! They need to do something with that. The water in the room has issues...

“Owners and staff were fantastic and showed a care for my wife and I that is rare to see in this day and age. The surroundings showed a natural beauty of these mountains. It’s not walking distance to any city but there are trikes and jeepneys around to take you where you want to go if you don’t have your own transportation. We will be staying here again the next time we visit”
