“Great night lovely hotel”

“Richard and his family were amazing! We were coming from the states for our honeymoon, and he had left chilled prosecco with glasses in our room. He immediately greeted us with a warm smile and hot coffee when we first arrived, and our dinner that night was superb! The family was getting the hotel ready for Halloween, and the bar and eating area looked fantastic. Our room was clean, and with two containers of fresh Irish milk in our fridge for coffee! “I was expecting much better for what I paid. We had to wait more than 1 hour after we have ordered to receive our meal at the restaurant. All the waiters and the other employees were wearing just a plastic face shield without any other face mask or PPE. Many guests weren't wearing any face mask in the common areas and nobody wasn't there to call them to the rules.”
