“Our room was exceptional. Hitel is within walking distance of everything. It us a heritage hotel and lots of stories behind it. ”

“The room was clean. The staff were friendly. The pool deck could’ve used a cleaning at least once during our five days stay. There was gum on the floor, leaves as people were walking in pool area with outdoor footwear. Out of the five nights we stayed there were people in the pool at 1 AM four of those nights. I tried to ignore the noise. Should’ve called the front desk. The side entrance door did not secure a lot of the times. You have to pull on the door to make sure that it closed properly....

“was disappointed in this visit as I had previously given great reviews. But so many disappointments ... the remote control for the TV didn't work properly, the cool air never came, the hot tub that wasn't working the pool was filthy, . Not eager to book again....”

“Such a great location close to the town of Nelson. Our cabin was cozy and sweet. Great little kitchen and a great deck looking over the lake. They also had smaller bunkies that would be great for glamping!! Definitely work the visit. Thanks Maria for a lovely stay ”
