“My room was clean but the bathroom was less than. I could still see hair in my drain from the last guest and the toilet was not clean on the sides of the toilet bowl . And I could be not nitpicking but in a hotel where germs are many the bathrooms should be extra. The gentlemen who works the front desk in the morning clearly hates his job. And I wouldn’t call what they serve a breakfast the bagels were stail there was no butter for the waffles the coffee tastes like water. I mean you literally...

“Needs better accommodation for being a Hilton and more compassionate towards needs of customers. I was summoned to that area due to my sister’s Alzheimer’s demise and tried to spend time at her bedside I explained the situation to the staff and needed to check out early but the manager refused to refund the days I couldn’t stay. Shame on her. I lost over 300 dollars. Please stay away from this place”
