Grande bella casa di montagna con camino in pietra massiccia con vista sul Lago Tahoe dalla grande sala e ponte. La grande sala ha un grande piano aperto con soffitti a cattedrale con grandi finestre che lasciano intravedere le vedute del monte Tallac, della Sierra Crest e del lago Tahoe. La grande sala dispone anche di un grande camino in pietra con TV a schermo piatto e molti posti a sedere per rendere questo il punto di ritrovo centrale per questa bella casa. Ci sono diverse aree salotto per godersi il fuoco e la TV, o guardare il lago e guardare il tramonto.

L'intera famiglia può radunarsi attorno al tavolo da pranzo che può ospitare 8-10 persone. L'ampia cucina ha contatori in granito, un sacco di spazio per il bancone con belle aree di servizio per preparare e servire feste!

La master suite è anche su questo livello di vita principale con un letto matrimoniale e ha una bella vista sul lago e un bagno privato. Appena fuori la grande sala è un grande ponte con vista lago con vasca idromassaggio e fornirà un'altra fantastica area per intrattenere e godere della vista sul lago.

Al piano inferiore ci sono altre tre camere da letto, tra cui una seconda suite principale con un letto matrimoniale, un'ampia zona ufficio, le altre due camere da letto hanno due letti singoli ciascuna.

Vicino a Dollar Point e Tahoe City - Skylandia State Park Beach è a soli 4 isolati di distanza. Livello vialetto e garage rendono questa casa il rifugio invernale perfetto. NOTA: questa casa si trova vicino al punto Dollar, ma non ha accesso al Dollar Point, alla piscina, alla spiaggia o al tennis. La spiaggia di Skylandia si trova proprio accanto alla spiaggia di Dollar Point.

. Desperately needs upgrades! Furniture, mattresses, kitchen appliances, dishes/cups, etc. No Keurig, no non-stick cookware (two giant cast iron skillets?). Supplies ran out second day, paper towels, hand soap, toilet paper… Window shades can’t keep the sun out anywhere in the house, resulting in high temps during the day. Great view, nice hot tub, no beach or pool access.

Excellent choice for families!

We were a family of 6 adults in town for a long summer weekend. The house was clean and spacious with good amenities. There is a partial lake view from the upper level, which was quite scenic, especially at sunset. Only a couple minor comments which might be helpful to the owners or other customers. The kitchen stove and hood vent could use an upgrade as the burners were weak and the hood was broken. The house keys did not work to open the front door so we went in/out through the garage, which was fine. There is no air conditioning but fans were provided in the bedrooms. The fan in the primary bedroom on the main floor was too loud so it was difficult to find the balance between room temperature and ambient noise. Also, the upper windows in the primary bedroom have no blinds so sleeping in was not an option - unless you bring your own sleep mask.

Wonderful Home

We had a great time visiting Lake Tahoe while staying in this spacious home. It was an incredibly warm weekend so without air conditioning, it was a bit rough but the management was quick to bring fans to us. The neighbor across the road was a bit grumpy (although I believe she intended her rant to be for our neighbors who were obviously having a blast with their huge family) but all in all this was a great home!

Nice spacious cabin in great location.

Had a great time staying in this cabin over Thanksgiving week. There was plenty of space for our group of 6 and the fireplace/furniture made it nice and cozy. Good location near town (Safeway, restaurants, etc.). Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time at the cabin - the deck and views were great and its close to Tahoe City to get to Safeway and shops. The living space if huge and was perfect for our group. Definitely looking forward to visiting again sometime!

Lovely Stay

The Summers house was a great experience - it was clean when we arrived, there was plenty of room for a group of 7 friends to both work and spend time together. The proximity to the beach was great and the outdoor patio was amazing! Only complaint is the beds were EXTREMELY firm, even for those of us that like a firm mattress. Regardless, we would definitely consider another stay!

Wonderful Lake Access Getaway

Our family had a wonderful time staying in this home! It was spacious, comfortable and relaxing. We absolutely loved being able to see the lake from the deck. Skylandia Park with lake access was 2 minutes down the road on bikes. It was great for the whole family! We highly recommend this house and would stay there again next time we head up to Tahoe.

Peaceful and Beautiful with great view

House was wonderful although we were not informed hot tub had been removed and property manager was dismissive when told we were disappointed, listing needs to be updated or property manager should inform renters upon booking there in no longer a hot tub.

Great home in a beautiful location

My wife and I just spent 3 weeks in the Summers home. It was a fantastic visit. It is a great house in a beautiful location. The home was spotless when we arrived, the upstairs bed where we stayed was wonderful, towels were soft and fluffy, we couldn't ask for a nicer place to stay or warmer welcome. We noticed the dishwasher was broken our first morning there and by noon it was fixed. We couldn't recommend it more strongly and would love to visit again.

We loved our stay—this was a perfect house for our group of 7!

What a wonderful house this is! There is one small bedroom (but it still has 2 twin beds) and the others are quite large (especially the second master). Great kitchen, amazing deck and hot tub, and lots of living space. It’s also only 4 minutes from Tahoe City. We would definitely stay here again!

Family trip

This house was just perfect for our family of six adults and two children. The family room is huge and allowed for children and adults to have their own space. The four bedrooms fit our needs. The upstairs master has a double, so a Queen would have been better for my wife and I but that was minor. Filtered view of the lake Was nice, and you are only 5 minutes or less to Tahoe City. The only slightly negative is when all adults were on the WiFi it was very slow. Tried to alternate to easy the crush.

Amazing House at Great Location!

The house is beautiful, in a great location close to everything but very quiet. We loved sitting in the living area and seeing the view of the lake and mountains around. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the long dinning table made our meals there even more fun. Rooms are very comfortable as well as having 3 baths. Overall great experience and we will gladly stay here again.
