Ben tenuto e recentemente ristrutturato affitto condo Rocky Ridge casa vacanze unità finale ha 4 camere da letto, 2. 5 bagni. Wifi presso l'unità. Lakeviews sono delle coste nord ed est. Lo sviluppo è vicino a tutto ciò che Tahoe City ha da offrire. Rocky Ridge è una gated community di 60 acri, circondato da State Forest Terra, dove si può godere della natura in uno dei numerosi sentieri escursionistici o in mountain bike a pochi passi. I servizi includono 2 piscine, 2 centri termali (uno dei quali è aperto tutto l'inverno), tennis, basket, parco giochi, campo bocce e una spiaggia privata con pontile, boe, barbecue, club house e campo da pallavolo. Ogni condo in affitto offre soffitti a volta in stile alpino, bei camini di roccia, cucine completamente attrezzate, tutti insieme in un piano terra a due piani aperto.

Property was as described, clean with stunning view. It was ideally located close to great eateries. We had difficulty checking in as the door and gate codes were not provided. We had slight difficulty finding the property with the address provided as the google map guided us to someone else's house and we got yelled at. I think the check in information could have been more clearer, apart from that we had a great time.

We had a very pleasant stay. The place was spacious enough for our multi-generation family. The upgraded kitchen and bathrooms were nice! The views from multiple rooms are spectacular! We'd come back in a heartbeat.

This was our first time in Tahoe. A beautiful area. We stayed off season since we were in California for a wedding. We have no complaints about our stay. We would suggest you arrive during daylight hours since the road and finding the townhome can be a challenge otherwise.

Located high on a ridge overlooking the lake and conveniently close to restaurants and shops, the house could not be in a better spot, The deck is a peaceful and scenic place to relax though deck furniture could be better, House is well equipped and very comfortable. Easy access with parking just outside front door.

This property exceeded expectations. The gated community aspect was a plus. Beautiful property set up high on a ridge away from all the businesses in Tahoe city. The unit was well equipped and access was easy. The view from the deck of sunrises and moonrises over the lake were wonderful. Had people come from across the country to celebrate a birthday. We enjoyed nearby hiking, shopping and a paddle boat tour. We all have great memories from this place on Lake Tahoe. Thanks to the management company for offering this diamond.

We are a family of 7 visiting Tahoe and we are so happy with our stay. The house had everything we needed for any enjoyable stay. The morning coffee on the deck was the best.

Everything was wonderful except they did not communicate that the pool and hot tub was under construction and that was a big part of why we chose the rental.

We loved the lake views and proximity to ski resorts in the area. The place was clean, spacious with a well-stocked kitchen. Would definitely book again!

Great views, clean property, and easy access to the N Lake Tahoe /Tahoe City ski areas and restaurants. Half the pictures I took on my ski trip are looking out the back of the condo at the lake.

The lake view and beautiful resort amenities were amazing way to spend your time. Having 4 bedrooms was perfect for our party of 8. Safeway and restaurants extremely convient location. Wish the summer pool was open. We did notice a mouse infestation in the house. Set some traps out to try and help owners with catching some of them.

Beautiful, well-stocked property with amazing views. To be honest, the photos on here don't do it justice. We were very pleasantly surprised! It's also super convenient for Tahoe City.

This property far exceeded our group’s expectations! The view of this unit is INCREDIBLE! Plenty of room for our mother daughter getaway (group of 8 people total), we were impressed with how well stocked the condo was as well as the amenities. I would HIGHLY recommend and we will definitely be back again.

This was a great location for a family with children - clean, well stocked. The view is amazing . The welcome / rules/ info binder needs to be updated with correct WiFi , where the beach is, etc.

We love staying at Rocky Ridge for the view! We also love the pools, easy access to hiking and the private beach. We had plenty of room for family meals and lots of options right on the property, a good thing for a Covid vacation.

The property and beach were perfect for a weekend getaway with my extended family. Grilling and dining with lake views was just what the doctor ordered. There is a nice hiking trail through the woods from the north side of the community. The only quirk was you have to walk through the master bathroom to get to the master bedroom with no way to exit if someone else is occupying the bathroom. We had a great time and would definitely go back. Thanks for sharing! My daughter describes the place as... nice, awesome, fun, beautiful, big, and amazing (... FYI she is 7)
