  • Questo noleggio di sci Rocky Ridge si trova sul promontorio che guarda verso Alpine Meadows e Squaw Valley, oltre al West Shore del Lago Tahoe. Con il lago da una parte e la foresta dall'altra è difficile immaginare un posto migliore per godersi tutto ciò che Tahoe ha da offrire. In questo ambiente privato troverete un appartamento con quattro camere da letto e due bagni che è stato aggiornato e ben mantenuto. Entrando troverai un mezzo bagno e un armadio per la tua attrezzatura invernale ed estiva. A lato c'è la cucina ben attrezzata e una lavanderia. Dalla cucina si accede alla zona pranzo che si affaccia sul lago. C'è un angolo bar che separa la sala da pranzo dal soggiorno con soffitti a volta e un moderno camino a gas con pareti di roccia. Ci sono pavimenti in ardesia in tutto il livello inferiore. Due porte scorrevoli in vetro nella zona soggiorno e pranzo che ti porteranno sul ponte dove godrai di viste spettacolari. Su per le scale si trova la prima delle tre camere per gli ospiti, questa camera ha una regina, la seconda camera degli ospiti ha un letto completo. Il bagno in comune è in fondo al corridoio. La terza camera degli ospiti è accanto al maestro e ha due letti a castello. Il bagno principale dispone di un letto matrimoniale privato bagno completo e un piccolo ponte per godersi il panorama. Il tuo cane ben educato è il benvenuto. Lo sviluppo è vicino a tutto ciò che Tahoe City ha da offrire. Rocky Ridge è una gated community di 60 acri, circondato da State Forest Terra, dove si può godere della natura in uno dei numerosi sentieri escursionistici o in mountain bike a pochi passi. I servizi includono 2 piscine, 2 spa (una delle quali è aperta tutto l'inverno), tennis, pallacanestro, parco giochi, campo da bocce e una spiaggia privata con molo, boe, barbecue, club house e campo da pallavolo. Ogni condo in affitto offre soffitti a volta in stile alpino, bei camini di roccia, cucine completamente attrezzate, tutti insieme in un piano terra a due piani aperto.

Ski Getaway

Very clean and well stocked. If you enjoy cooking you will appreciate this home. Easy check in and no issues during our stay. Easily fit our party of seven. Great location, would definitely stay again.

Wonderful family stay

We had a lovely time staying at this cozy and upgraded townhome. We loved the views, the community hot tub, walking around the forested area with our dog. It was super well equipped and really close drive to Palisades ski resort. Most fun were the heated floors:) we highly recommend this place.

Relaxing fun trip!

This is a beautiful property with all the amenities enjoyable for families with kids - swimming pool, playground. We stayed 2 nights for a weekend in August. Activities/Restaurants/Grocery: It is very close to Commons beach, and all the restaurants and activities near there. We also went to Kings Beach which is a short 20 minute drive away. Comforts of the home: the home itself is very comfortable. The kids slept in the bunk bed and enjoyed it. The home has memories of the owners and reminds the guest of the lovely time they have had in Tahoe over the years. The patio overlooking the lake is very cozy and relaxing. The only downside for a summer visit might be no air conditioning - but it wasn’t a big deal for us as we used window fans, and the home does cool down at night. All in all, it was a great experience for us.

My wife, daughter and I stayed over Christmas. The house is well appointed and super comfortable. It was close to the resorts we were skiing at. Can’t wait to come back!
