Il condominio è stato ristrutturato; decorato e arredato con ogni dettaglio in mente per un tocco classico di Tahoe e un soggiorno accogliente. Goditi i nuovi elettrodomestici, una cucina ben attrezzata, una terrazza privata e tutti i comfort di una vacanza in montagna. I servizi includono piscine per adulti e famiglie, vasca idromassaggio e campi da tennis e da pickleball multipli. Sentieri e piste ciclabili per Skylandia Beach e Tahoe City sono appena fuori dalla porta di casa!

We had a wonderful Christmas stay. The peaceful condo is cozy, spotless, and perfectly located close to downtown—everything felt nearby and convenient. Our kids especially loved the piano; it made our holiday extra special.An incredibly warm and compassionate host who truly cares about her guests, with excellent communication throughout our stay. We’re truly grateful for the beautiful memories made here and would happily return.

Fantastic Home

Our family celebrated my daughter's 20th birthday & we all loved every minute of it. There were 5 of us and our stay was two nights & three days. Everyone would go back in a heartbeat. Our family of four enjoyed a very nice four-night stay and everything was frankly just right. Excellent location, good communication with the owner. Nice layout with bedrooms and cute Tahoe decor.

Fun Ski Weekend in Tahoe!

The condo was spacious & we appreciated the big dining room table for eating & playing games. This unit was VERY close to the hot tub, which was an every day activity. We were only 15-20 mins to Palisades Alpine, so super convenient for skiing. We also walked the 2 blocks to the lake, what a beautiful place! Would stay here again.

All we were looking for

Great location for Tahoe winter skiing! We also walked to the Lake for amazing sunsets. Family of 6, including teenagers and college kids Enough room on the couches, around the table and in our own beds for all of us. Well equipped kitchen and fast communication with host. Internet service was not consistent, but it just made for more exciting board games nights! Highly recommended.

Snowy weekend

6 of us stayed here and went skiing at palisades. The location is really close to palisades and it was easy to find. Clean up was easy and the property was everything we could have asked for. The hot tub and sauna were a great amenity after a day in the snow! Thank you again!

Great holiday escape!

Great location so close to Tahoe City. Easy access to Palisades. Beds were comfy. Loved the layout with bedrooms upstairs. Kitchen was well supplied. Host responded instantly to questions. Hot tub and sauna was a nice bonus. Super happy with this stay!

Great Stay!

We had a great stay here in June 2023! Owner was very communicative and personable. House, premises, and general location were great. Good any time of year but perhaps more so in warm weather to take advantage of the swimming pool, pickleball courts, and Tahoe beach (but good winter location for skiers/snowshoers too). High marks to this place!

The property was just as pictured. It was clean, cozy, and easy to find with the directions from the host. Loved the bear decor. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. We would stay here again.

Great place

We were thrilled with the accommodations. The kitchen was well stocked and had updated appliances. The beds were comfortable. The complex is great for kids. It’s a very convenient location. We will be back next year.

Really nice place to stay in Tahoe

Great place, even better than the pictures. Very convenient location wise. Great place for multiple families. Only complaint is the requirement to wash and dry all linens prior to checkout, since not all the linens fit in the washer in one load, and the washer and dryer are both very slow.

Wonderful stay

We went up this weekend for a girls weekend in the snow. We had a wonderful stay. Diane was easy to communicate with and incredibly accommodating. The property was well stocked with extra rain boots, laundry soap, spices, board games, puzzles and many other things rental properties are usually lacking. It was easy to get to Tahoe City and Palisades. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

Great experience

Our family flew in from Florida for four days of skiing at nearby Palisades. Close to Tahoe city and the grocery store and multiple restaurant options. The drive to the ski resorts is close and easy. Unfortunately, with a recent Southwest cancellations and bad weather, we did not ski every day, and actually came in a day late and our host was gracious enough to refund us one nights of lost accommodations. The unit is comfortable and warming. We enjoy the hot tub. Would definitely recommend it.

Diane is an amazing host. She extended our check out which helped us plan our day more efficiently.. She also responded quickly to all of questions. We will definitely consider her property for future trips to the Tahoe area.

Wonderful time with our family!

We had such a great time relaxing and exploring Tahoe and the location was perfect for our family of 6 (4 kids 12 and under) to go ski and hike during our time there. The rooms were great, the kids loved the bunk beds and we had a lot of fun with the board games when it was time to relax after skiing and hiking. Definitely a great location!

What a great cabin!

We had a lovely stay at this Lake Forest cabin. It is exactly how it's described and really comfortable for 6 people. We loved the decor! It is very well stocked with everything you need to cook great meals. It has a wonderful patio that was excellent for barbecuing. We had an exceptionally warm weekend in February! The hot tub does fill up on Friday and Saturday nights, but it was mostly empty at other times of the day. I think they clean it every morning because it was always sparkling when we went out. The grounds are lovely and very quiet. There's an amazing bakery a 5 minute walk away. The host responded to every question super fast and was very helpful. Make sure to budget some time on the day you leave to wash the linens. It's a bit of a challenge if you want to get out early, but possible if you plan ahead.

Good location, some issues

Location was great. Condo was mostly comfortable. Kitchen was pretty well-stocked. The listing says the hot tub is off-limits for COVID, but this isn't true, it is full open. The listing clearly hasn't been updated in a long time, as it also links to info for the 2021 ski season. Had some issues with the property: - No smoke alarms in bedrooms. I'm pretty confident this is illegal and is a clear safety issue - Heater is very uneven. Upstairs is roasting, downstairs is cold. It looks like all/most of the vents are upstairs, but the place where the temperature is measured is downstairs, so it blasts the upstairs with heat until enough leaks downstairs to increase the temperature up to the set point - Checkout instructions are way more onerous than typical vacation rentals. Normal would be: put the dishes in the dishwasher, strip the linens off the bed. MAYBE start the linens in the washing machine if you're nice. This one required you to fully wash and put away all dishes, plus wash AND DRY all linens. This is easily multi-hour process. We were lucky that some of our group was not skiing on our checkout day and had time in the morning, but it is a ridiculous expectation. What if we had an early flight to catch or something like that?
