    Facciata aggiornata, cortile recintato. Entra nella grande sala con divani soffici e nuovi 46 'Flatscreen DirecTV / DVD / VHS, nuovo camino a gas, lettore CD, giochi. e tavolo da pranzo per 6 più sgabelli da cucina. Il soggiorno si unisce alla cucina aggiornata, con appuntamenti completi!
    Allo stesso livello sono due camere da letto con letti nuovi e TV / DVD / VHS, una con una regina e una con due gemelli, oltre a bagno completo tra. Ogni camera ha il proprio DirecTV wireless.
    Al piano superiore è una camera da letto con due letti singoli e TV / VHS, poi un altro bagno completo e la camera da letto più grande alla fine della sala ha un nuovo letto matrimoniale! Questa camera ha anche una piccola area soppalcata che guarda attraverso il soggiorno fino alla cima del lago.
    Meglio di tutti, il tuo cane può partecipare al divertimento e stare in questa unità pet-friendly! Ponte posteriore con nuovo tavolo da giardino e griglia a propano disponibile per l'uso durante i mesi estivi.

Grainier house at Dollar Point

Very nice house. Well laid out and nicely furnished. Nice back yard. Very enjoyable 3 days. We will rent it again.

Family get away

Nice place to stay, no air conditioning, but as long as you open the front door and back door and all the windows downstairs, there’s a nice breeze that comes through. We were able to barbecue and play games, neighbors were nice. Quiet night just how we like it. Unfortunately, we had to leave a day early because electricity went out.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is in a great, central location on the North Shore. The house is in great condition with lots of room for guests. The only issue we encountered were small, black "beetles" that had invaded the house. Normally not an issue, but these were keen on falling from the ceiling onto pillows, nightstands, etc. My wife freaked out.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was beautiful and spacious. Plenty of rooms and it was kept well. There were games and great spices. The kitchen was my favorite part about it. Fully stocked with spices and pans and all the items you think you would need. The only issue I had was the gaps in between the stairs were pretty big. Our 1 year old could slide right through. That was my biggest fear was that he would fall off the 2nd story. But he didn't thank God! Other than that it wasn't too bad. There were cobwebs in the hallways and spiders on the pillows but we are out in the mountains and expected some kind of life in there.

Great location and neighborhood. Would’ve gave it 5 stars except there were spiders everywhere. A full on family of spiders were in the sink and they were huge. More on the walls in the hallways and in the bathrooms. Needless to stay we had to check the entire house for more spiders which was not a pleasant way to spend our first hour in the home. There was also a dead bird in the back patio which had not recently died so should’ve been removed. We have small children and a dog so we had to double check the yard for other creatures. Would’ve liked at least our cleaning cost refunded to us.

Wonderful Space

Looks better than the pictures! Old School Tahoe for sure! Living space is open and friendly. You can tell it is dog friendly, but if you have dogs you don't care. Our two 10 lb critters loved it. We would recommend enough as we might be back if our needs require!

Place was amazing! Great location and dog friendly.

The property has a great location in the Dollar Point community, and has a great kitchen with updated appliances. The fenced backyard is also a big plus for this dog friendly cabin. Overall we were very happy with the property as well as the professional service and communication from Hauserman.
