This updated two-story townhouse in Lake Forest Glen offers a clean, comfortable base for your Tahoe getaway. Fresh paint and new flooring give the space a bright, well-kept feel throughout.

The open main floor centers around a living room with an indoor fireplace — a natural gathering spot after a day on the mountain or out on the lake. The kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, with a dining area alongside and a private deck with outdoor seating just beyond.

Upstairs you'll find three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. A half-bath on the main floor adds convenience for guests.

This is a comfortable, well-maintained space — not a luxury unit, but thoughtfully kept and well-positioned for everything the North Shore has to offer.



Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the entire condo for the duration of their stay. You are also welcome to enjoy the fantastic community amenities offered within the Lake Forest Glen Complex, which include:

In winter, Palisades Tahoe and Northstar are both a short drive, making this a practical basecamp for ski trips without the chaos of staying slope-side.

*The community pool, hot tub, and sauna are subject to the HOA's schedule, and we do not control their hours or availability.

*During large storms, be prepared to shovel — sometimes feet of snow. This is part of a Tahoe winter stay. Shovels and ice melt are provided on site. We do not guarantee on-demand snow clearing between HOA visits. Booking in winter means accepting these conditions.

*We provide a pass for guest access to these facilities on mantle above gas fireplace.
