Lakeview Delight vanta un grande mazzo, 2 ponti di piccole dimensioni e una vasca idromassaggio. Dispone di 3 camere da letto principali, 3. 5 bagni e un ufficio che può essere utilizzato come una camera da letto 4.

CONFIGURAZIONE CASA:
Quando entri nella porta troverai l'ingresso principale con una grande lavanderia a lato. Passa un po 'oltre e ti ritrovi sopraffatto dalle splendide viste sul lago. Il piano principale del Lakeview Delight dispone di un soggiorno luminoso e aperto con comodi divani e un grande schermo HD TV. Troverete anche il grande ponte, una cucina soleggiata, che è ben attrezzata per tutte le vostre esigenze di intrattenimento, e una zona pranzo con 10 posti a sedere. Anche al piano principale è un mezzo bagno e un comodo ufficio / sala giochi che può raddoppiare come una camera da letto.

Al piano inferiore ospita le 3 camere da letto principali e il bagno in comune. La camera dei bambini è dotata di un letto a castello e un letto singolo. Ci sono due camere matrimoniali al piano di sotto con letti queen size. Entrambi i padroni dispongono di vista sul lago e uno ha la vasca idromassaggio proprio fuori dalla porta.

POSIZIONE:
Questa casa si trova dall'altra parte della strada rispetto al lago ed è a pochi passi dal molo privato e dalla spiaggia di Dollar Point. In estate, un breve tratto in auto ti permetterà di accedere alla piscina e ai campi da tennis.

In estate si può godere del vicino sistema di piste ciclabili che ti porta a Tahoe City lungo il lago con un facile accesso a Squaw Valley su una pista ciclabile lungo il fiume Truckee. Ci sono numerosi negozi a Tahoe City e ottimi ristoranti lungo la sponda occidentale e settentrionale del lago. I casinò North Shore sono 15-20 minuti di distanza.

In inverno, questa casa si trova vicino a Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, alle località sciistiche di Northstar e Homewood, nonché al comprensorio sciistico di Tahoe.

Perfect for families

Family reunion with adult kids …. All had plenty of room. Great views of lake from upper deck.Mid July was 80s, so the inside (especially upstairs) was really hot during the day. The Nest thermostat AC control didn’t work, & when we called the property mgmt, the rep said the house didn’t have AC. Oh well, nice breeze from lake thru windows.

Family trip to Lake Tahoe

Everyone liked the property. Bedrooms were good. Kitchen area was perfect. We ate at the dining room table a couple times. We also used the living room TV and enjoyed it. The house was well stocked with most everything we needed. We did request some additional fans and they were delivered promptly.

Everything about this house was fabulous, from the gorgeous view of the lake to the well-appointed kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and immaculately clean bathrooms. I don't usually take the time to write a review, but this house was truly spectacular and deserves to be acknowledged!

Gorgeous Lake + Mountain Views in a Chill Neighborhood

Flying in from New England - and therefore not familiar w/Tahoe - we looked at properties on all parts of the lake before settling on this one. Turns out: this was 100% the right call. Why? First off, the neighborhood was ideal. We were up for the 4th of July week, and the area was absolutely packed — gridlock in the bigger towns, and huge crowds everywhere. But Dollar Point? All residential and off the main road, so it's a perfect, quiet spot to decompress after a day on the lake, hiking in the mountains, or shopping in town. It's also just 10 minutes away from a CVS, Safeway, and all the shops and restaurants of Tahoe City, which (in our experience) had the most charm of anyplace on the lake. The house itself is every bit as gorgeous as the photos suggest: an ideal blend of modern & comfortable, with stunning views of the lake and snow-capped mountains. The huge and beautiful kitchen was well appointed and well-supplied, which made it easy to enjoy staying in for family meals, and the kids all loved the full streaming options on the giant HDTV. Bedrooms and baths were all terrifically comfortable and modern, and the large hot tub got a lot of use and love from my kids. 2 minor FYIs: 1) We were staggered by the pollen in the area. No joke; it blew in through the windows, the car was covered in yellow dust every time we went out, and we ALL became fans of Zyrtec. 2) No A/C means it gets VERY hot (even at altitude) in mid-summer. This is the only thing we'd change.

Very Nice Family Reunion & Palisades Tahoe Ski Weekend

The property manager for this house was the best and a pleasure to deal with. We were allowed to access the house one hour before the official check in time. The house was immaculate, clean, and in perfect condition when we arrived. Every light bulb in the house was in working order including the recessed lights high up in the vaulted ceiling. Each bathroom had heated floors. The shower water was hot, had good pressure, and we never ran out. The kitchen has a huge quartzite island and counters. All the kitchen appliances including an under-the-counter wine refrigerator were high end and in working order. In terms of kitchen equipment and utensils, we had everything we needed to fix our 3 dinners in the house. We did bring our own waffle maker. The house is set up very well for remote workers. There is an office on the main floor that was quite functional, quiet, and private (room has a door). My son had to use it for work and a couple of meetings and was quite pleased with it. The office comes with a flat screen HP monitor, keyboard, mouse, and printer. There was an ethernet cable in the office that could be accessed as well for a direct network connection to your computer. There is a nice ski boot warmer/dryer in the office as well. The Wi-Fi signal was strong, it reached all spaces in the house, and it was extremely stable. That doesn’t happen by accident and is another aspect of the house that is done well by the home owner. I took two speed test measurements and they averaged 185 Mbps download and 11.1 Mbps upload (from cable).. The television in the living room is of high quality with excellent content sources. Disney+, and live TV programming were available (cable service). There are spare HDMI ports on the television available for which to connect gaming consoles but they are a bit difficult to reach because of the tight space between the television and the wall that it is mounted to. The driveway can easily handle two parked cars and it was easy to pull in and out of (we had two large SUVs). It was very nice to have access to the garage. My rental SUV, a Ford Expedition, did fit in the garage but just barely. The garage had snow shovels and salt bags to allow you to take care of any small issues from a snow fall (we needed to use them once). If you want to use the fireplace, you should plan on bringing your own wood. The owner does not supply it and you don’t want to count on what wood is left in the house.

We had a great time and the accommodations meet all our needs. I'd just suggest coverings on the bedroom windows and while the kitchen was well stocked, dish towels would have been helpful.

Wonderful Stay

We had 3 couples out for my wife’s 30th birthday. We couldn’t have had a nicer home. The homes seems recently remodel with beautiful views from almost every room in the house. The kitchen is wonderful for entertaining and the bathrooms are all complete with heated floors and great finishes. We will be back!

Wonderful Tahoe Getaway

Perfect place to relax and reflect. Spent many good mornings in the hot tub overlooking the lake. The Lake view is worth a million bucks! All beds were comfy and lots of room for all friends to hang out.
