Si tratta di un'unità bagno di 2 camere da letto 2 recentemente ristrutturato che ospita 4 persone comodamente. La aggiornati cucina, bagni, soggiorno / sala da pranzo e camere da letto sono calda e invitante. Ci sono 2 HD a schermo piatto con cavo e accesso Wi-Fi per le vostre esigenze di comunicazione e di intrattenimento TV. On-demand sistema di acqua calda. Questa unità è in parte tranquilla del complesso. Godetevi il ponte posteriore per barbecue, intrattenere o rilassarsi sulle sedie a sdraio in dotazione. Situato sulla North Tahoe, Lake Forest Glen Condomini si trovano in un bel prato tra l'autostrada e il lago. Si tratta di una facile passeggiata per Skylandia Park Beach, Bristlecone Beach e molti altri, sulle rive del lago Tahoe. Questo sviluppo dispone di due piscine, sauna, vasca idromassaggio (per uso tutto l'anno), campi da tennis, pickleball e un'area giochi per bambini. Ogni unità ha due posti auto riservati e non vi è abbondanza di parcheggio in più in due su parcheggi flusso convenientemente situato sulla proprietà. Il complesso è vicino a Tahoe City, aree sciistiche tra cui Alpine Meadows, Squaw Valley USA, Northstar e Homewood Mountain. Il lancio barca della guardia costiera è proprio dietro l'angolo per i nostri ospiti estivi. Inoltre vi è un comodo accesso alla grande bike e sentieri, sia su strada e fuoristrada. In inverno, salire la strada per la Tahoe Cross Country XC Center. Facile breve viaggio a Tahoe City con ottimi ristoranti, negozi e divertimenti.

This was the perfect place for our ski trip. Easy access to downtown and ski resorts. Condo was clean and included everything we needed. Property manager was easily accessible and responsive through VRBO app.

The area was great! The property was nice for what we needed but could use some updating. Had an issue with the second bedroom not having power on the first night but was quickly fixed the next day. Location was perfect! We would stay here again if in the area.

Great location! Clean and comfortable. A bit noisy in the early morning (6:30 am) with the construction near by and the bed isn’t super comfortable. For a last minute stay and affordable, it was worth it. Location is great as it’s just outside the busy table city hustle and bustle you can bike to town or a quick 3 min drive.

Perfect condo near the lake!

Updated, light and bright unit with upgraded appliances. Plenty of towels. Close to pool/spa/sauna and a short walk to the beach. Quick drive or bike ride into Tahoe City! Would stay here again! Highly recommend!

Off Season Tahoe Trip

The accommodations were excellent! It was a perfect base camp for a week of hiking and fishing. Easy access to Truckee and anywhere around the lake. The whole process had no hassles. The only reason it's 4 stars instead of 5 has nothing to do with the host or the town home. The neighborhood was quiet the whole time we were there, except on the last night, when a loud group of neighbors moved in behind us.

I have finally discovered a condo to rent for our frequent trips that uses the BEST cleaning crew. I have rented other properties, and often need to do a thorough cleaning prior to settling in. The space was perfect for our needs, with a main bedroom and two bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked and convenient. We loved having the enclosed deck. However, the deck could use a refresh, with popped-up nails and many splinters.

Great spot and functional condo

Super clean, comfortable beds and functional layout. They had absolutely everything minus a pair of tongs! There was even an instapot handy...it was a comfortable stay and we played games, skied at Alpine Palisades (15 min drive) and played near the lake (5 min). Check in was a tad confusing as the email subject didnt stand out and it was late when we arrived. I finally found the check in details...otherwise great stay.

I would definitely like to work with O'Neal Assoc. again. The property was small but very nicely upgraded and furnished. The only reason I did not give 5 stars for overall experience was because the twin beds in the second bedroom were not comfortable for an adult size person. The only way those twin beds would work would be if the beds did not have a footboard so an adult could have stretched out.

Good spot for a getaway

Nice property in a great location. Short walk to the beach and thankfully there was a great coffee house also within walking distance since there was no coffee in the unit. My only complaint is that I could not find information on how to contact the property manager. It was very warm the day we arrived and I could not find any fans in the unit.
