“Booked last minute. Staff was friendly, bed was comfortable. Room looked old and outdated. Had to hold the toilet handle down in order for it to flush. Hot tub was cold. ”

“When I arrived for my reservation that told me " they no longer had room for me", even though I had made a reservation two months prior. They gave me a letter to go to a partner hotel that was miles away from where our event and reservations for dinner were at. When I arrived at the new hotel, they did not have a room for me that would fit my party. I had booked a two queen room and they only had one room with one full size bed. There was no space or bed enough to accommodate my party of 3...
