“I didn’t realize I had stayed here before, but you can definitely tell the rooms have been upgraded—they felt fresh and comfortable. The Ridge Sierra also shares amenities with another nearby resort just a few minutes away, and there’s a convenient shuttle that can pick you up anytime. The indoor/outdoor pool was a lifesaver—it kept my kids entertained the whole time. They also offer activities for both kids and adults, which was a nice bonus. “Decently clean room. For a simple business stay for two nights, i was satisfied with my stay. Staff were courteous and were ready to accommodate whenever i should have needed it. Air conditioning works (used the heater most of the time), towels were replaced before the next night i came back in, and i was able to properly rest. One thing i noticed though was some stains on the towels. If this was cleaned and bleached a little bit better and with care, it would have been a 5 star rating for me...

“Hotel was new and not run down. We stayed 3 nights and towels were changed once, bed was never made or linens changed during our stay. Biggest problem was lukewarm showers for all 3 days - this was the same for our room and the rooms of 3 other guests we knew staying in the hotel too”

“Room was okay. Basic. In-the-wall AC/heater unit. Housekeeping skipped stopping by and restocking coffee and trash once. One coffee pod given per night for 4-cup machine. Most annoying part was us getting there and our room being ready, yet being charged a $25 fee to check in “early” after a long travel day. We paid because we were tired, but most places will let you check in as a courtesy if the room is available. Other than that, it was okay. I won’t be back as I saw there are many other...
