Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Enjoy a day of skiing at Northstar and take in the stunning lake in the evening. The house is a quick 10-minute drive to both Northstar and the lake. The living room boasts stunning forest views. There are multiple hiking trails close by.

For the summer months, our home is one of the rare properties that offers air conditioning!

We wish we could welcome your pets, but unfortunately we are allergic; so we have a strict no pets policy in the home. There will be an additional cleaning charge assessed if any pets are found to have been in the home.

Absolutely no smoking on the property.

Please note: there is no microwave in our home, so please plan your meals accordingly.

Our bunk beds were purchased with children in mind. Adults can certainly sleep in them, but some guests have commented that they are not as sturdy as they would like. As an alternative, there are two pull out sofa beds in the living room.

According to local short-term rental regulations, we are only able to accommodate 8 adults; however, children under 16 do not count toward this requirement.

Outdoor security cameras are located at the front door and in the front of the home pointing toward the driveway. These cameras will be used to prevent parties, large gatherings, and pets. It will also be used to verify guest count. The maximum amount of adults allowed is 8. There are no cameras facing the inside of the house.
