The master bedroom features a plush pillow-top king bed, flat-screen TV, and an en suite bath with a tub/shower. The second bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed with a half bath just off the hall. The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area is surrounded by wrap-around windows showcasing breathtaking lake views, and a cozy fireplace adds warmth for cooler evenings. The fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep a breeze. Suite #2 is a favorite with returning guests—reserve early to secure your stay! Complimentary wireless internet is included.

Step outside to your large private deck, where loungers invite you to soak up the sun, and a shaded umbrella table is perfect for dining or watching the boats glide by. The lake is just steps away for a refreshing swim, or launch your kayak directly from the dock.

* Please note that the driveway or roads to this mountain Inn are steep. Please prepare for winter driving conditions. Four wheel drive and chains may be required on roads and driveway.
* For summer guests, please bring your own beach towels.
* Use of outdoor furniture is not guranteed in the winter.
* Your safety matters. This property may feature exterior security cameras. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras will continuously record video and sound while guests are in residence.
* Pets are not allowed at this property.

Very nice

We loved our 4 days. Pleasantly surprised with location and property manager Sherry who solved minor issues immediately.Unit needs a little work, but very livable and view is outstanding. Literally living on the water.We have booked unit for August . . .we loved it.

Loved the location of this property. We arrived a little early and was able to get in right away. It is beautifully maintained and very comfortable, even though the bathrooms are dated. We even decided to rent a pontoon boat for the afternoon since the company docks rught at the property. Win win!

Tahoe stay

Great property! Really easy check in process and you can’t beat the lake views. With a boat rental company attached to the townhouse building, it’s also very easy to rent a boat or go out for a piloted sunset cruise.

We absolutely loved staying at this beach side/ private dock condo. Fabulous location, and crystal clear water. Sherri, the property manager was awesome. The microwave and washer/ dryer were dated but functional. The location and property cleanliness were top notch.

Somewhat dated condo with an AMAZING view and location!

When looking for a place to stay up in Tahoe for the week of July 4th, we were adamant to find a place that was walking distance to the lake. Well, this place isn't just walking distance, but it's literally over the water! The location couldn't be beat, and you essentially have a semi-private beach. The massive deck is also private to this condo unit, which led to dining al fresco for many of our meals that week. The unit itself is cozy, but the bathrooms and the kitchen could definitely use some sprucing up. They look like they haven't been updated since the mid-1980's, but other than that, this condo is a fantastic place to stay. As an added bonus, the North Lake Tahoe Boat Rental company is located in this building as well, which made it super convenient to book a sunset sail while we were there!

Anniversary getaway

My husband and I had an absolutely fantastic stay! Sheri was fantastic and made us feel at “home” immediately! It was clean, beautiful and ultra private, with views that were breathtaking! We didn’t want to leave. We most certainly will be staying at this piece of paradise again in the future!

My new go-to place

I will forever stay at The Tahoe Vista Inn when I am in Tahoe. The location alone makes this place ideal. Directly on the lake, couldn't get any better. Check-in was so simple, the staff incredibly kind. There are wedding venues near by so if you want a very quiet stay it might not be your place, we personally loved watching the wedding and listening to the music!

Lovely Hideout on the Lake!

Comfortable cozy clean little unit, on the lake. We really relaxed, in the chaises on the deck. Easy to launch a paddle board or Kayak right off deck in front of unit. Kitchen pans had been upgraded since previous post. We will stay again! Thank You Sherry!

Location.Location.Location

This property can't be beat if you want amazing lake access and views. The large patio had room for our bikes, 2 blow-up kayaks, 2 blow-up boats, and a blow-up paddle board. I'm sure if you had toys that were not blow up, they would fit too. The ability to walk right out the front door and put in the water at any time of day was awesome. While there isn't really interesting shoreline to explore from here, like from the East side of the lake, it was nevertheless beautiful and especially serene on those calm mornings. This place is all about the view and water access. We had a fishing expedition and a boating/tubing rental planned, and both captains picked us up right from our dock. So nice not to have to travel to do this. If you are a gourmet cook, and want the tools of the trade at your fingertips, move right along. The kitchen was utilitarian at best. The microwave was a serious antique (charming in a way) but the pots and pans and utensils/knives etc were lacking. Like many rental properties, this one was stocked with scratched up non-stick pots (why???) and only 6 plates. Our party of 4 had to run the dishwasher sometimes twice a day just to have clean plates at dinner. Would it really hurt to include more glasses, plates and silverware? The support from Kristi and Sheri was awesome. They were responsive to both email and phone inquiries. We forgot a charger and a WiFi router, and they gladly shipped them out to us within a couple of days. The master bathroom is carpeted (yuck, I hate carpeting in the bathroom) so pack some slippers if this is yucky to you too. There is also this weird smoky mirrored glass in the shower, making me feel like someone was on the other side watching me. I'm sure they weren't, but I couldn't shake the feeling. The shower/tub is in the bathroom inside the Master, the bathroom in the hall only has a sink, toilet and the W/D...so keep in mind if you are traveling with 2 couples... Despite my gripes about the kitchen, we would absolutely stay here again, now that I know the limitations. We drive to Tahoe, so can pack what we want next time. If you eat out mostly or don't like to cook anyway, I'm sure this won't bother you. We loved our stay here, it was worth every penny!

Location Fantastic!

We absolutely loved our stay at the lakefront condo. The location was fabulous. Swim right off the deck to the beach where you can swim, relax and rent kayaks. Though you do not even have to leave the deck where we spent most of our time enjoying the fabulous view. Accommodations were lovely, clean, and comfortable. Though the bath and kitchen were fairly older in style, everything worked great. Only downside was the beds which were very firm and could use a topper to make them softer. We will be back for a longer stay!
