With an open kitchen, dining, and living space with stunning lake views. A cozy gas fireplace, flat-screen TV, fully equipped kitchen, and full-size washer/dryer provide all the comforts of home.

Flexible Layout: Suite #4 can also be expanded into a 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath unit for additional space.

Step out to the deck and take in sweeping lake views. Unwind on comfortable lounge chairs, dine at the shaded umbrella table, or simply watch the boats drift by. The clear turquoise water is just steps away—perfect for a refreshing swim.

A few things to Note:
* Please note that the driveway or roads to this mountain Inn are steep. Please prepare for winter driving conditions. Four wheel drive and chains may be required on roads and driveway.
* For summer guests, please bring your own beach towels.
* Use of outdoor furniture is not guranteed in the winter.
* Your safety matters. This property may feature exterior security cameras. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras will continuously record video and sound while guests are in residence.
* Pets are not allowed at this property.

Nice enough place that needs refreshed.

My wife and I took a long weekend at Lake Tahoe and found this place. We wanted a place right on the water and this fit the bill without spending a ton. The place is on the upper patio overlooking the water. There's a table with umbrella on the patio that makes a lovely place to have meals. You're right above the boat rentals so and can be a little noisy a in the morning and late afternoon. The place itself is nothing too special. It was clean and mostly comfortable and made for a nice base for visiting. There is a small beach just a 5 mins walk away where you can rent kayaks. A couple things to note. First, the bathroom has been nicely updated but there is no longer a jetted tub. The kitchen needs a refresh next, even just replacing the fridge which is old and loud would be a nice improvement. Also, the burners on the stove are not level. I’m nitpicking here but wanted to be honest. Will consider here if we visit again.

Great location but very dated

Location on the north side of the lake was beautiful and much quieter than other places on different parts of the lake that we saw. Beautiful views from the kitchen and living room as well as sitting outside on the deck. The full bath was recently renovated but the rest of the place was beyond dated. The kitchen appliances had to be 40 years old and the carpet throughout (including the half bath) was so old and dingy. Overall we go for location and the views and location were great, but hopefully the owners will be renovating the entire unit soon, as it is so far overdue.

First time in Tahoe

We had a wonderful vacation. My husband turned 60 on the Fourth of July. We rode the hot air balloon and river rafted for the first time ever. We kayaked with clearly Tahoe and hiked to Eagle Falls at Emerald Bay. My husband siblings visited for his birthday and stayed at a nearby condo, Tahoe Vista Inn had gorgeous lakefront views, great areas to visit with family, nice kitchen, and a comfortable king bed. Our only disappointment was that no fireworks were done at Kings Beach this year, though it was so clear we could see the distant South Tahoe display. We would love to return again.

Absolutely gorgeous views!!

The views are amazing & can be seen from inside kitchen & living /dining rooms too along with on your outside dining table or lounge chairs. The only issue is there is no air-conditioning & with only 2 little windows in the front of the place where the kitchen, dining & living rooms are and 2 windows in the bedroom there is no air circulating & it was hot. They do provide 2 fans but they did not really help also did not help that it was much hotter than norma when we were herel. And the boat rentals are right in front of the unit which can be a bit loud at times. The interior could use a bit of a facelift old furniture in the living room. Overall I would rent again can't beat the views!

Winter on Lake

Great location, and in winter I think I had entire property to myself! Bedroom had no heat, and host delays in communication delayed finding a solution. Had to sleep on couch 1 night, not really comfortable. Didn't offer reduced rate. Nice property though.

Amazing location steps to lake

Nothing beats the location of this property or the view that it boasts. In spite of very dated decor, the unit was spotless and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. I would definitely stay here again. I wish they would advertise it as a great single person's get away in addition to a romantic couple's one as it appeals to both!

A Unique Place on the Lake

The lake view from the apartment is beautiful, and the property is right on the water, which was great for us to get into our kayaks. Sheri and Kristi are great hosts, and the communication was flawless and super quick with them.

Gorgeous View!

Nice location near Kings Beach and/or Tahoe City. The view is exactly as shown online with a nice large deck to relax, eat outside and enjoy the gorgeous Nevada scenery!

It was such a pleasant stay - beautiful view indeed!

Will need a lot of remodeling. The kitchen utensils/pots/pants/mugs - will need to be replaced as they are all scratched and the silicons were badly torn in the pots/pants. Not enough rags.

Stunning View

This was a fantastic location and view for our mountain biking adventure. We stayed for 5 days, and never got tired of sitting on the deck for coffee, happy hour, or just marveling at the moonlight on the lake.
