Our home is located minutes from Kings Beach where the downtown features restaurants, shopping, groceries, and many lakeside activities! The very popular and large beach has options for kayaking, paddle boarding, boating, and more. In the Winter months, Northstar, Mt. Rose, Diamond Peak are all within close distance. Parking:
Parking is available for a maximum of 5 vehicles: Two in the garage, and three in the driveway. No street parking per county ordinance.
Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.

Other important things to note:
* Renters must be 25+
* This is a non-smoking home.
* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 10 adults.
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Use of outdoor furniture is not guranteed in the winter.
* Like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There will be fans available for your use!
* Your safety matters. This property may features exterior security cameras. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras will continuously record video and sound while guests are in residence.
