Bella West Shore casa - proprio come nuova! Questa casa luminosa immacolata vanta alti soffitti di pino nodoso, log accenti e grandi finestre per far entrare la vista sulla foresta.

La grande sala è un open space, finemente arredato, 50 "TV a schermo piatto e perfetto per intrattenere. La cucina è dotata di armadi su misura di pino, granito, un bar per la colazione e stufa a gas. Il master si trova al livello di vita principale (al piano superiore) e dispone di un letto matrimoniale e bagno en-suite.

Al piano inferiore sono due camere da letto, una con un set a castello doppia e la seconda con un letto matrimoniale. Si prega di notare che questa casa non fornisce l'accesso al garage per due auto.

Questa casa è un membro del Meeks Bay Resort per la stagione estiva e gli ospiti sono invitati a passo. ($ 150 di spese di sostituzione in caso di smarrimento)

A piedi dalla spiaggia, Erman Mansion e Sugar Pine Point State Park. Il parco offre una bella spiaggia, sci di fondo, racchette da neve e le escursioni estive. Questa casa vacanze si trova a Tahoma e vanta una posizione strategica in montagna e a bordo lago. Palisades Tahoe e Impianto di risalita Heavenly sono due tappe fondamentali per chi ama le attività. Incredibly equiped and very spacious home. Easily can have 7 to 8 persons and not feel crowded, we were only 3. Best thing is that the master bedroom and big bath are on the same floor and most of the living quarters, so perfect for our 92 year old person who only had to navigate the stairs to go in and out the home (seven stairs from entry way to living area and then nine stairs from driveway to the entry way.Great decorations, gas stove was awesome at night and spacious deck with a big grill. Perfect for those that love to cook with most kitchen gadgets and crock pot, large coffee maker with huge 8 person dining room table.Would definitely repeat a stay here.

Great location for hiking

Loved the house —great living room, dining space and well equipped kitchen. Also, great bedrooms and the property is a stone’s throw away from Sugarpine Point and lots of great hiking.

Home is in a very quiet development within walking distance to Sugar Pine Point. With Meeks Bay down the road, cabin has excellent to water activities! Beds were very comfortable and a well stocked kitchen!

Three Bears Wedding Prep

Cabin was clean and was just the right size for family, prepping for the wedding, and then for our daughter's wedding party to get ready for the wedding at Sugar Pine. My only issues are 1) the master bedroom bed was too firm and concave in the center, so it was a super uncomfortable sleep for my wife and I (otherwise we would have stayed the last nite but left early), and 2) the shower curtains had orange scum at the bottom (time to buy new shower curtains, they are cheap). I would stay again should these two things be remedied.

Comfortable and Convenient

My husband and I just spent three nights in the house with our two kids and their two friends - so four 12-14 year-old boys. The two bedrooms downstairs were great for them, and they also enjoyed the living area for watching TV. There's a nice big dining table and well-stocked kitchen. We were in the master upstairs. Everyone liked the rainhead showers. The key-pad entry didn't work upon arrival but was resolved quickly. Communication with the rental company was always great. We skied at Homewood every day we were there and it was a super convenient location. Some additions/upgrades that would make this a five-star listing for me: The mattress in the master bedroom is hard as a rock. There's also ample room for a king in there. Switching out the oversized sleigh frame, which makes using the dresser too tight, for a normal king frame with a softer mattress would be a huge improvement. I didn't look forward to getting in this bed. Ditch the worn throw pillows that can't be cleaned on the bed. Nobody wants dirty pillows lying right on the pillows they'll be sleeping on; everyone just throws them in a corner. However, more regular sleeping pillows on each bed are needed. I found a few extras in the closet but there were no pillowcases for them. There were no washcloths and we could have used more towels. More hooks in the bathrooms! There are never enough towel hooks in houses and it's such an easy add. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great spacious home

First time in Tahoe so house Location not too far from things, car is a must, enough furniture to have a lot of people even in living room ! We only had 3 so it was way more room then needed which is always nice. Every kitchen utensil you would need! Would stay here again!

Great house in a quiet central location

We had a great time and loved the house . We like staying on the Tahoma west side of the lake because it puts you half way to the North or South lake activities . The house was very clean , I think everything is new , well decorated and supplied. We did have the water heater break one day into the stay but it was fixed within a day . The owner gave us a nice discount for our troubles . My husband left a drawer full of clothes and the rental group retrieved it all and shipped it to us. I got to see a bear walking down the street here . We would stay here again!

Everything was great! We stayed for a week over Christmas and it was perfect! Very very clean.

All the amenities were there I just wish we didn’t have to drive to another location to pick up the keys we got there during a snowstorm so it was dangerous to drive and severe traffic. Other than that we had the time of our lives I would recommend this place to anyone!

Mother/daughter get-away

The cabin was beautifully appointed with full. Modern kitchen accoutrements. The decor was lovely lake/bearesque! There was plenty of linens, comfy firm beds, TVs in each room. They provided games, puzlzles and cable . The upper floor was warmer than the bottom floor, but a nicely screened balcony sliding door and fan helped to cool it off. Lower floor was very cool temperature wise; perfect for this overheated mature woman. There was plenty of outdoor lighting which made us feel safe and also a motion detector chime rang upon approach to the porch. My adult daughter and I enjoyed our stay at the cabin immensely!

Peaceful getaway

We loved staying at Three Bears! The house was very clean and comfortable and very well equipped for those who like to eat in. We also appreciated the great supply of classic games and films. The neighborhood was just as advertised: quiet and friendly and just a few houses down from an access point to Sugar Pine Point State Park. We enjoyed the easy access to Sugar Pine and Meeks Bay beaches, just a short drive away. For us, being in a quiet neighborhood out of the fray of Tahoe City but with great access to West Shore activities was perfect. Thank you!

Great neighborhood, fantastic house, spotless clean, well stocked kitchen.

Spent a week at 3 Bear's Retreat in Tahoma. The house is absolutely spotless clean with a very comfortable accommodations. The neighborhood is very quiet on an end street, and the neighbors were all friendly. Ample parking for boat and a couple of vehicles. Nice patio deck overlooking the quiet street where friendly people take walks in the evening. One of the best houses we've ever rented on the West Shore in the last 15 years. Wells & Bennet real estate office was very helpful and nice, too.
