The kitchen provides everything needed to prepare meals throughout your stay, whether you're fueling up for a day on the trails or enjoying a relaxed dinner at home. Nearby, the dining table comfortably seats six, creating a welcoming space for shared meals, laughter, and conversation. This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests between 2 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed.



Bedroom #2 includes a set of twin-over-twin size bunk beds, a queen size sleeper sofa, and a desk.



This home also includes a full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• The number of overnight occupants shall not exceed two persons per permitted bedroom. Children six years of age or older are counted towards the occupancy limits.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Driveway parking for 2 vehicles available.

• No street parking or overflow parking available.

• No RVs or oversized vehicles allowed.

• This home does not have AC, there are fans for your use

• BBQ and patio furniture are stored away during winter months and brought back out Memorial Day weekend(weather permitting)

• This home is equipped with two (2) external security cameras;

o (1) located at the living room window and actively monitoring the front porch,

o (2) located at the side of the home and actively monitoring the side of the home and the driveway.
