“Property is in a good location. Easy to access and comfortable accommodations. The top floors amenities were nice. The floor in my unit had some water damage but not enough to be a deal breaker. However, I did not like that the host never responded to questions that I asked in the messages while staying at the property. I did encounter roaches in my room even though I never ate food or had food trash in it, so be careful not to bring any home with you.”

“The place was beautiful, great location and ammenties. Corner unit so the view was amazing. Very nice, clean, and tidy. Only issue was only having 1 access key for the unit and entire building. There were 3 of us so it made things very difficult to maneuver. Either we all leave or nobody leaves. When I reached out to the manager upon check in to ask for an additional access key, I never received a response.”

“I booked this room based on the Google Maps location so that we would be within walking distance to the Water Buffalo Racing Festival. The location on Google showed .5km, the actual distance from the festival was 7.1kms, NOT walking distance. We also didn’t enjoy waiting for 30 minutes for a staff member to show up for our check in. Another guest was waiting too, but walked away after waiting longer than us. And finally, after a long drive, I didn’t notice until the next day that the staff...
